A supported housing commercial lease changes the structure of how your client's property income is held and managed. Instead of a standard private residential tenancy with an individual tenant, the property is leased to a CQC-regulated supported housing provider on a long-term commercial basis — typically three to five years.

The lease sits entirely outside the residential tenancy framework.
